Summer Buffet

Planning a summer buffet doesn't have to mean spending all day in the kitchen. With a few crowd-pleasing dishes and some help from your freezer, it's easy to create a delicious spread that lets you spend more time with the people you want to.

For easy summer party food, start with a selection of finger foods and nibbles. Sausage Rolls are a favourite for good reason, while our canapés are ideal if you’ve got a glass in one hand, conveniently leaving your other hand free for nibbles. Our frozen summer starters also make good summer buffet food, and you might want to include some summer vegetarian meal options too.

For something a bit more substantial, our quiches make brilliant summer entertaining food as they go a long way (10-12 buffet portions). Our Great Taste Award-winning Quiche Lorraine and Roasted Pepper & Goat's Cheese Quiche are easy to serve alongside salads (especially coleslaw … a match made in heaven) and new potatoes.
