Chicken Wings (89%), Water, Lemongrass Puree (Lemongrass, Lemon Juice [Sulphites], Salt), Ginger Puree, Tomato Passata, Lime Juice, Thai Fish Sauce (Anchovy Extract [Fish], Salt, Sugar, Water), Rapeseed Oil, Dark Soy Sauce (Water, Soybeans, Salt, Sugar, Wheat Flour), Garlic, Red Thai Curry Paste (Lemongrass, Red Chilli, Onion, Salt, Garlic, Galangal, Spices (Coriander Seed, Cardamom), Kaffir Lime Peel), Cornflour. Cooking/Serving Instructions

OVEN COOK FROM FROZEN

Oven:

Preheat oven. Tip the wings directly onto a baking tray with greaseproof paper, making sure to scrape out any remaining sauce. Cook in the centre of the oven for 15 minutes, turn the wings and then cook for a further 15 minutes.

Oven Settings

Fan 180°C, Electric 200°C, Gas Mark 6.

Ensure piping hot and allow to rest for 2 mins before serving. When cooking more than one pack at a time, allow extra cooking time.

Defrost Instructions:

Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the oven guidelines and cook for 10 minutes, turn the wings and then cook for a further 15 minutes.
