Tell Me More
- We only cook with higher welfare, British Chicken. Read more.
- We shallow fry chopped garlic until golden brown, giving our frozen Chicken Tikka a lovely nutty flavour.
- It took a visit from an experienced Indian chef to school us in the art of cooking great curries, but we haven’t looked back since. Chicken Tikka Masala may be mild and creamy but it’s the nation’s favourite for a reason.
Try it with:
- Peas Pilau and poppadoms, and top with toasted flaked almonds and fresh coriander.
- Avoid any argy-bhaji and get plenty of side dishes to go round, like naan bread and Bombay Potatoes, they’re one of the most loved parts of Indian meals.
- You could add a few personal touches – see our blog for tips from our chefs.
