AT COOK WE USE THE SAME INGREDIENTS YOU WOULD USE AT HOME.

We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example some of our curry pastes, which contain Citric Acid).

Cooking/Serving Instructions

Oven:

We strongly recommend cooking this product in the microwave, however should you need to cook this in the oven, please follow the instructions as follows. Preheat oven. Remove sleeve, pierce film. Place on baking tray in the centre of the oven.

Oven Settings

Fan 170°C, Electric 190°C, Gas Mark 5.
25 mins > remove film > further 20 mins
Ensure the food is piping hot before serving. Allow to stand for 1 min.

Microwave:

Remove sleeve, pierce film. Place in the microwave. Cook on full power.

3 mins > stir well & re-cover > 1 min and 30 secs
Ensure the food is piping hot before serving. Allow to stand for 1 min.

Defrost Instructions:

Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the oven guidelines but cook for 10 mins > remove film > cook for a further 15 mins.

Extra Warnings:

Steam may be released when removing lid.
