We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example some of our curry pastes, which contain Citric Acid).

Salmon (34%) [Fish], Coley (34%) [Fish], Red Pepper, Brown Sugar, Ginger Puree (3%), Garlic, Thai Fish Sauce (Anchovy Extract (Fish), Salt, Sugar, Water), Lime Juice, White Wine Vinegar [Sulphites], Coriander, Red Thai Curry Paste (Lemongrass, Red Chilli, Onion, Salt, Garlic, Galangal, Spices (Coriander Seed, Cardamom), Kaffir Lime Peel), Lemongrass Puree (Lemongrass, Lemon Juice (Sulphites), Salt), Sesame Seeds, Salt. Made in our kitchen in Kent, using ingredients of varied origin.

OVEN COOK FROM FROZEN

Oven:

Preheat oven. Remove the fishcakes from all packaging and place directly onto a baking tray, with greaseproof paper. Cook in the centre of the oven for 17 minutes.

Oven Settings

Fan 180°C, Electric 200°C, Gas Mark 6.
