Tell Me More
- Laab is a Laotian dish consisting either turkey mince or pork mince, which is stir fried with lots of lemongrass, garlic and chilli.
- It is seasoned with soy sauce, fish sauce and lime juice, which makes this dish super fresh. We finish ours with mint and coriander and serve it with rice.
What to Serve with Turkey Laab:
- Delicious on it’s own, garnish with some freshly sliced spring onion and squeeze over some lime.
- Serve with some sticky Teriyaki chicken wings.
- Perfect as part of a Pan Asian feast for a gathering.
- As an alternative, serve the turkey laab in lettuce cups with some sliced cucumber and finely sliced spring onion and top with a few more toasted sesame seeds.
