Tell Me More

  • Rendang is a dish of Indonesian origin that consists of slow cooked meat, it can be beef lamb or goat, in our case we have gone with beef.
  • This is cooked slowly in a broth of lemongrass, ginger, galangal, turmeric and garlic.
  • The sauce is the finished with coconut milk and coconut cream.

What to Serve with Pulled Beef Rendang:

  • This is a complete meal with the pulled beef in one tray and the turmeric rice in a second tray.
  • Garnish with some extra toasted coconut and a squeeze of lime.
  • Perfect as part of a Pan Asian Feast.
  • Serve with a simple cucumber and red onion salad mixed with a little rice wine.
