AT COOK WE USE THE SAME INGREDIENTS YOU WOULD USE AT HOME.

We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example Worcestershire Sauce used in our Spaghetti Bolognese, which contains Tamarind Extract).

Cooked Basmati Rice (97%), Rapeseed Oil, Salt.

Cooking/Serving Instructions

These cooking instructions are only a guide. Your appliance may have a personality of its own (or a different power rating). Please adjust accordingly.

Oven:

Preheat oven. Pierce film lid and cook on a baking tray in the centre of the oven.

Oven Settings

Fan 160°C, Electric 180°C, Gas Mark 4.
35 mins
Allow to stand for 2 mins before serving.

Microwave:

Remove sleeve, pierce film lid. Cook on full power.
850W
2 mins > stir gently & re-cover > 1 min
Allow to stand for 2 mins before serving.

Defrost Instructions:

Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the microwave guidelines but cook for 1 min 30 secs.

Extra Warnings:

Steam may be released when removing film lid.
