  • We’ve made a bespoke korma sauce that’s perfect for vegetables.
  • Lots of coconut milk, ground almonds and yoghurt make the sauce full of flavour.
  • The sauce is slowly cooked for 2 hours to infuse all of the flavours into the sauce.

Try it with:

  • Some naan bread. Top it with some toasted almonds, yoghurt and fresh coriander.

We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example Worcestershire Sauce used in our Spaghetti Bolognese, which contains Tamarind Extract).

Cooking/Serving Instructions

Microwave:

Remove sleeve, pierce film. Place on microwaveable plate. Cook on full power.

3 mins > stir gently & re-cover > 3 mins
Allow to stand for 2 mins and stir well before serving.

Oven:

Preheat oven. Remove sleeve, pierce film. Place on baking tray in the centre of the oven.

Oven Settings

Fan 170°C, Electric 190°C, Gas Mark 5.
30 mins
Allow to stand for 2 mins and stir well before serving.

Defrost Instructions:

Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the microwave guidelines but cook for 2 mins, stir, 1 min.

Extra Warnings:

Steam may be released when removing lid.
