How We Make It At Our Kitchen
- We butterfly the breast, add a parsley and lemon rub to the centre and shape it into a cushion.
- We then top the turkey with the pork & apricot stuffing from Speldhurst butchers, the same as in our other turkeys, and add dried cranberries to the mix.
- Finally, the whole turkey is then wrapped in streaky bacon and finished with a lemon slice and bay leaf.
How to store your Christmas Dinner Bundle...
Here is an example of our Christmas Dinner Bundle for 8 on how we recommend storing your bundle in the freezer.
- Make sure you clear out your freezer!
- Remove the turkey from the packaging and place it in the drawer.
- Place sprouts besides it.
- Remove the potatoes, carrots & parsnips from the packaging and pop them into separate freezer bags.
- Gravy goes in the back & don't forget the stuffing!
- Place the pigs in blankets on top.
- And lastly, don't forget to cut out the instructions so you don't loose them!
