All of our healthy one pot meals are complete meals-in-one that clock in at under 400 calories and under a third of the daily Reference Intake (RI) of fat, saturated fat, sugar and salt. So, if you’re watching the calories and are after a quick lunch or light supper, look no further than our healthy food pots for one.
