  • Our biriyani is made by firstly slow cooking diced lamb until it is super tender.
  • We save the stock that this creates, and use that, along with some spices, to cook our rice, so that the rice is flavoured from the inside out.

Try it with:

  • The Lamb biriyani goes beautifully with our new dahl makhani to add another layer of flavour to the dish.
  • Add naan bread to add a nice texture. It also works as a perfect scoop for biryani.

We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example some of our curry pastes, which contain Citric Acid).

Cooked Rice (40%), Lamb (24%), Onions (22%), Rapeseed Oil, Garlic, Tomato Puree, Salt, Garam Masala (Coriander, Cassia, Ginger, Cloves), Coriander Leaves, Mustard Seeds, Ground Coriander, Ground Cumin, Turmeric, Cumin Seeds, Lime Juice, Chilli Flakes, Ground Bay Leaf, Fenugreek, Chilli Powder.

Cooking/Serving Instructions

Oven:

Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and pierce film lid. Place on a baking tray and cook in the centre of the oven.

Oven Settings

Fan 170°C, Electric 190°C, Gas Mark 5.

Allow to stand for 2 mins & stir well before serving. Ensure piping hot.

Microwave:

Remove sleeve, pierce film. Place on a microwaveable plate and cook on full power.

2 mins 30 secs > stir & re-cover > 2 mins
Stir well and allow to stand for 2 mins. Ensure this food is piping hot before serving.

Defrost Instructions:

Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the cooking guidelines and cook for 30 mins.

Extra Warnings:

Steam may be released when removing film lid. Although every care has been taken to remove all bone, some may remain.
