Cooking/Serving Instructions

OVEN COOK FROM FROZEN

Oven:

Preheat oven and baking tray. Remove the parcels from the packaging and place onto the preheated tray with the silicone sheet provided. Brush the tops of the parcels with a little oil and cook in the centre of the oven for 45 mins.

Oven Settings

Fan 180°C, Electric 200°C, Gas Mark 6.
45-50 mins
Ensure piping hot and rest for 2 mins before serving.

Defrost Instructions:

Not suitable for cooking once defrosted.
