A warming Thai curry made with marinated higher-welfare British chicken breast, red peppers, coconut milk, tamarind and kaffir lime leaf.

- We make our red Thai curry sauce by slowly heating coconut milk in a pan, before adding Thai fish sauce, lemongrass puree, tamarind paste and red Thai paste.
Try it with:
- Flat rice noodles instead of rice in a bowl. It really works!
- Coconut & Lime Leaf Rice, garnished with fresh lime leaves.
- Spring Rolls dipped in sweet chilli sauce, a very moreish side.
