- You can cook it from frozen, but it's much better from defrost. While still frozen, place the Roasted Pepper and Goat's Cheese Quiche onto the baking tray you’ll be using, on the silicon paper provided in the box and defrost in the fridge for 24hrs.
- Cook in the oven following the instructions, then let it rest for 20 mins before using a fish slice to carefully slide onto your serving plate.

DEFROST BEFORE COOKING
Defrost Instructions:
Remove the frozen quiche from its packaging and place on a baking tray, leaving the silicone paper underneath the base of the quiche. Defrost in the refrigerator for 24 hours before cooking.
