"I bought my first meal from your Banstead Shop. My husband dislikes ready meals with a passion but I loved the look of all your food on display, I had to buy one. He absolutely loved the Lamb Tagine and said 'it's restaurant quality' - he said 'you didn't make it, did you?' In my book that is a winner! "

I write to congratulate you and Mr Matthew Smith on, and to thank you for, your truly excellent Dauphinoise Potatoes! Quite the best I have ever tasted and infinitely superior to any I have had in restaurants.

"Just to let you know that the food all arrived at my parents house on time, very well packed and insulated - and it was all delicious. We had a family gathering and all enjoyed your cooking - especially the lamb shanks."
