We blend delicious passata with a mix of double cream and high quality mascarpone to create this well balanced sauce.
- Can be cooked from frozen in the microwave, or cooked on the hob from defrost.
- Perfect for a speedy family supper (it'll easily stretch to four, stirred through pasta).

Try it with:
A Simple supper
- A super yummy and hearty bowl of rigatoni pasta, some shaved parmesan and a rocket salad.
Something fancy
- Pour over the top of some pan fried gnocchi, tear over some mozzarella, add some fresh cherry toms and bake to melt the cheese. Serve with a fresh salad.
Mixing it up
- Why not make a tomato and mascarpone risotto, use the sauce like you would use a stock add it little and often until your rice is cooked! You could add some king prawns too!!
Tomato & Mascarpone Gnocchi Bake Recipe
Serves 2
All you need is:
- 1x pot of Tomato & Mascarpone Sauce
- Roughly 350g of fresh gnocchi
- A ball of mozzarella
Method:
1. Whilst the oven is pre-heating to 200C/180C/Gas 6, cook the sauce as per instructions and cook the gnocchi for a couple of minutes in some salted boiling water.
2. Drain and pour into a shallow baking dish then pour over the sauce and mix it all together.
3. Season with black pepper and a pinch of salt.
4. Tear over the mozzarella and bake for 20 minutes until the cheese is slightly brown and bubbling away.
5. Allow to cool for a minute before serving with a salad and some crusty bread to mop up any extra sauce.

Defrost Instructions:
MICROWAVE FROM DEFROST: Keep refrigerated and eat within 4 days. Follow the microwave guidelines but cook for 2 mins, stir, 1 min.
