- Our Pastry Team make these little starters by hand assembling them in metal rings before freezing.
- Each stack has three layers to dish: the spinach base, followed by the kiln-roasted salmon and finished with the horseradish cream.
- We blitz gherkins and mix them through the spinach base - they bring a sharpness which cuts through the horseradish cream perfectly.
