Cooking/Serving Instructions

Microwave:

Remove sleeve and pierce film. Cook on full power.

4 mins > stir & re-cover > 2 min and 30 secs
Allow to stand for 1 mins. Ensure the food is piping hot and the prawns should be pink in colour.

Oven:

Preheat oven. Pierce film lid, place on a baking tray and cook in the centre of the oven.

Oven Settings

Fan 170°C, Electric 190°C, Gas Mark 5.
40 mins
Allow to stand for 1 mins. Ensure the food is piping hot and the prawns should be pink in colour.

Defrost Instructions:

Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the microwave cooking guidelines but cook for 2 mins stir recover 1 min.

Extra Warnings:

Steam may be released when removing film lid. Although every care has been taken to remove all pieces of shell, some may remain.
