- To increase the heat of our Green Thai Chicken Curry, sprinkle some sliced birds eye chilli on top before serving (be warned: they are seriously hot, even if you take the seeds out).
- A wedge of lime and chopped fresh coriander are a classic Thai garnish or, for some added crunch, mix in some steamed sugar snap peas and baby corn.

We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example Worcestershire Sauce used in our Spaghetti Bolognese, which contains Tamarind Extract).
