  • Pretty much anything! Our veggie chilli can be put it in a wrap; on a jacket potato; have a fried egg stuck on top…
  • A timbale of rice, crushed avocado, a wedge of lime and sliced fresh chilli.
  • A Baked sweet potato with a dollop of creme fraiche make this a really filling vegetarian meal.

Cooking/Serving Instructions

Oven:

Remove sleeve and pierce film lid. Place on a baking tray and cook in the centre of the oven.

Oven Settings

Fan 180°C, Electric 200°C, Gas Mark 6.
30-35 mins
Stir well before serving.

Microwave:

Remove sleeve and pierce film lid. Cook on full power.
850W
4 mins > stir well & re-cover > 2 mins 30 secs
Stir well before serving.

Defrost Instructions:

Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the microwave guidelines but cook for 2 mins, stir, 1 min.

Extra Warnings:

Steam may be released when removing film lid.
