  • We fry off our spices, including kashmiri chilli, cumin and fenugreek, then add our onions and garlic to cook down in the spices before adding the tomatoes.
  • Finished off with some lemon juice and coconut cream.
  • This sauce coats corriander and garam masala roasted potatoes and curry roasted cauliflower.

Try it with:

  • Serve this alongside our curries.
  • Works particualy well alongside the lamb biriyani, as it adds a nice sauciness to the rice.

AT COOK WE USE THE SAME INGREDIENTS YOU WOULD USE AT HOME.

We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example Worcestershire Sauce used in our Spaghetti Bolognese, which contains Tamarind Extract).

Cauliflower (21%), Potatoes (21%), Chopped Tomatoes (18%) (Tomato Juice), Water, Rapeseed Oil, Onions, Garlic, Tomato Puree, Coconut Cream, Ginger Puree, Salt, Garam Masala (Coriander, Cassia, Ginger, Cloves), Cornflour, Lemon Juice, Cumin Seeds, Turmeric, Mustard Seeds, Ground Cumin, Chilli Powder, Coriander, Ground Coriander, Fenugreek.

Cooking/Serving Instructions

These cooking instructions are only a guide. Your appliance may have a personality of its own (or a different power rating). Please adjust accordingly.

Serves 2

Microwave:

Remove sleeve and pierce film. Place on a microwaveable plate and cook on full power.

2 mins > stir & re-cover > 2 mins
Stir well and allow to stand for 2 mins. Ensure this food is piping hot before serving.

Oven:

Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and pierce film lid. Place on a baking tray and cook in the centre of the oven.

Oven Settings

Fan 170°C, Electric 190°C, Gas Mark 5.
45 mins
Allow to stand for 2 mins & stir well before serving. Ensure piping hot.

Defrost Instructions:

Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the microwave guidelines but cook for 1 min, stir & re-cover, 1 min.

Extra Warnings:

Steam may be released when removing film lid.
