- We fry off our spices, including kashmiri chilli, cumin and fenugreek, then add our onions and garlic to cook down in the spices before adding the tomatoes.
- Finished off with some lemon juice and coconut cream.
- This sauce coats corriander and garam masala roasted potatoes and curry roasted cauliflower.
Try it with:
- Serve this alongside our curries.
- Works particualy well alongside the lamb biriyani, as it adds a nice sauciness to the rice.
