Vegan Easter Dinner
If you’re not quite sure of your plans yet, or have a feeling that numbers might fluctuate, it’s a good idea to stock up on Easter vegan food so that you’re not caught short. Anything you don’t use over the long weekend can be saved for another occasion, so there’s no waste – that’s one of the joys of frozen. Whether you’re cooking for one or twenty-one, we’ve got lots of ideas for your vegan Easter meal … from Easter starters to Easter puddings and everything in between.
Starters: Our Butternut Squash & Red Onion Galette makes a great shared starter – it serves 6 - or can be part of an Easter buffet. We’ve got a really good recipe for a Roasted Beetroot, Quinoa & Rocket Salad to serve alongside, which you can check out on the same page. If numbers (or appetites) change and you want something smaller, our Roasted Vegetable Tarte Tatins are great with a few salad leaves on the side.
Mains: For the main event, lasagne is a really good fail-safe option. Our Wild Mushroom & Aubergine Lasagne is available as a 1 or 2 portion. Or if you want to spice up your vegan Easter dinner, a Three Bean Chilli, a Green Thai Vegetable Curry or a Vegetable & Chickpea Tagine.
Puddings: The perfect way to finish off your vegan Easter lunch or your vegan Easter dinner is with a hand-prepared pud, like our award-winning Apricot & Orange Almond Torte. Served warm with ice cream, it knocks the socks off anything the Easter bunny might have delivered.
As well as Easter dinner for vegans, we also have an Easter vegetarian menu and Easter bundles if you’re finding it hard to choose. If you want to buy online and have your frozen Easter dinner for vegans delivered to your door, don’t forget to book soon as we do get busy around this time of year.
