Love Eating Well:

This dish clocks in at under a third of the Reference Intake (RI) for calories, sugar, salt, fat and saturated fat for an adult … and are made just like you would at home.

Please note that, depending on what and how much you serve with the dish, it may creep over a third of your RI. But that shouldn’t be an issue if it’s your main meal of the day.

How We Make It

  • Our chefs start by frying garlic until it is golden brown, before adding ginger puree, blended fennel seeds, turmeric, ground cumin, ground coriander, tomato puree and yellow Thai paste to form the aromatic base of the curry sauce
  • The yellow Thai paste is made from a traditional blend of shallot, lemongrass, curry powder, garlic, chilli, galangal, clove and garlic to give an authentic flavour to our curry sauce. Thai fish sauce, tamari, lime juice and coconut milk are added to balance out the flavours of the dish. We then add lime leaf to add a distinctive note to the sauce
  • Combined with our juicy tiger prawns and green beans, and garnished with spring onions, this is a really more-ish dish with a distinctive but subtle flavour! Serve with our jasmine rice, garnished with more fresh sliced spring onions
