- We have taken the success from the beef wellington as inspiration but created self saucing individual en croute with venison fillet.
- It`s topped with roasted chestnut mushrooms and fresh baby spinach in a red wine jus. All incased in puff pasty.
- Made from Wild British Venison.
Try it with:
- Pair it with roasted carrots and parsnips.
- Braised red cabbage, dauphinoise potato.
- Butter roasted fondant potato, sautéed kale and a blackberry jus.
