- Slow-cooked beef with ground fennel, clove, black pepper, star anise & cassia.
- The beef is then shredded and mixed with a rich, umami Korean BBQ sauce consisting of tamari soy sauce, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, sesame and dark brown sugar.
- Sits on top of jasmine rice alongside stir fried choi sum, carrot, spring onions and pink pickled onions.
