- A mild curry with lots of pieces of mango, making it really fresh.
- The prawns are BAP certified, so are from welfare-assured farms, produced responsibly both environmentally and socially.
Try it with:
- Delicious with pilau or basmati rice and a naan bread on the side.
- Garnish with coriander and a slice of lime.
