- It's best to defrost in the fridge for just 4hrs.
- Our pudding chefs make the meringue in large sheets, which we then break up and add to the mix.
- We also make the raspberry coulis ourselves by blitzing fresh raspberries - we don't need to add anything else as it's sweet enough.
Try it with:
- Easily served on it's own but to make it even more special, add some fresh mint leaves and scatter a few more berries on top.

DEFROST TO SERVE
Defrost Instructions:
Serving Instructions: 1. Remove all packaging whilst still frozen and place on serving dish. 2. For best results, place in the fridge for 4 hrs to 4 hrs 30mins to allow the pudding to soften slightly before serving. 3. In the unlikely event of some pudding left over, keep in the fridge, and eat within 8 hours of defrosting.
