*Please note: The bread sauce needs to be defrosted first before decanting into a pan and heated over a medium heat for 10-12 mins until the bread sauce is thickened and bubbling.

AT COOK WE USE THE SAME INGREDIENTS YOU WOULD USE AT HOME.

We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example Worcestershire Sauce used in our Spaghetti Bolognese, which contains Tamarind Extract).

Semi Skimmed Milk, Bread (19%) (Wheat Flour (with added Calcium, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Water, Yeast, Soya Flour, Salt, Emulsifiers: Mono- and Diglycerides of Fatty Acids, Mono- and Diacetyltartaric Acid Esters of Mono- and Diglycerides of Fatty Acids, Sodium Stearoyl-2-lactylate, Flour Treatment Agent: Ascorbic Acid), Onions (13%), Double Cream (11%) [Milk], Salt, Thyme, Bay Leaf, Cloves, White Pepper.

Cooking/Serving Instructions

These cooking instructions are only a guide. Your appliance may have a personality of its own (or a different power rating). Please adjust accordingly.

Oven:

Defrost the bread sauce and decant into a saucepan. Cook over a medium heat for 10 -12 mins until thickened and bubbling. Allow to rest for 3 mins before serving.

Oven Settings

Fan , Electric , Gas Mark .

Microwave:

Remove sleeve and pierce film lid. Cook on full power.

3 mins > stir gently & re-cover > 1 min 30 secs
