  • We use higher-welfare chicken breast which we marinate in rapeseed oil for a couple of hours before cooking and higher-welfare bacon from Dingley Dell.
  • It's an incredibly versatile dish and very family friendly. It works well with rice, potatoes, pasta and even as a pie.
  • We make the sauce with garlic and shallots, single cream and creme fraiche, porcini mushroom stock for an intense mushroom flavour, chicken glace, a little Dijon mustard and some tarragon. It's indulgent and packed full of flavour.

What to Serve With Creamy Chicken:

  • Delicious stirred through some tagliatelle with a side salad of pea shoots.
  • Lovely with a wild rice and basmati rice mix and served with some Tenderstem broccoli.
  • Serve with our Creamy Mash and Peas & Leeks.
