AT COOK WE USE THE SAME INGREDIENTS YOU WOULD USE AT HOME.

We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example some of our curry pastes, which contain Citric Acid).

Whipping Cream [Milk], Caster Sugar (14%), Blueberries (13%), Free Range Pasteurised Egg White (Thickener: Guar Gum), Strong Plain Flour (7%) (Wheat, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamine), Butter [Milk] (Salt), Blackcurrants, Redcurrants, Lemon Pulp (3%), Semolina (Durum Wheat Flour), Raspberries, Blueberry Juice Concentrate, Blackberry Juice Concentrate, Lemon Juice Concentrate, Lemon Zest, Orange Oil (Sunflower Oil, Orange Zest).

Cooking/Serving Instructions

Serves 8-10

Defrost Instructions:

Serve straight from the freezer 1. Remove all packaging, tear down the sides and corners to remove from inner packaging. 2. Place on a serving dish whilst still frozen. 3. Allow to stand at room temperature for 10-20 minutes before serving. 4. Use a sharp knife to slice. This dessert should be served straight from the freezer and is not suitable to eat from defrosted.
