How We Make It

  • We mix chopped semi-dried tomatoes with lots of pesto, and add in some extra basil and oregano.
  • This is then spread evenly over all-butter puff pastry sheets and sprinkled with crumbled goats cheese.
  • Them it’s rolled up and sliced into rounds.

AT COOK WE USE THE SAME INGREDIENTS YOU WOULD USE AT HOME.

We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example some of our curry pastes, which contain Citric Acid).

Puff Pastry (54%) (Wheat Flour, Butter [Milk], Water, Salt), Goat's Cheese (19%) [Milk], Semi-Dried Cherry Tomatoes (18%) (Cherry Semi Dried Tomatoes, Sunflower Oil, Salt, Garlic, Oregano, Preservative: Lactic Acid), Green Pesto 8% (Basil, Sunflower Seed Oil, Salt, Rapeseed Oil, Hard Vegetarian Cheese [Milk], Garlic Puree), Basil, Oregano.

Cooking/Serving Instructions

OVEN COOK FROM FROZEN

Oven:

Preheat oven. Remove canapés from all packaging and place directly onto a baking tray with greaseproof paper. Cook in the top of the oven.

Oven Settings

Fan 180°C, Electric 200°C, Gas Mark 6.
23-25 mins
Once cooked, ensure the puff pastry is golden brown and crisp. Cook for longer if necessary to achieve this finish. Allow to rest for 2 mins before serving. When cooking more than one pack of canapés at a time, allow extra cooking time.

Defrost Instructions:

Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the oven guidelines but cook for 20-22 mins.
