OVEN COOK FROM FROZEN

Oven:

Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and film lid. Decant parsnips onto a baking tray and cook in the middle of the oven. Turn half way through cooking to ensure an even finish.

Oven Settings

Fan 170°C, Electric 190°C, Gas Mark 5.
35-40 mins
Allow to stand for 2 mins. Ensure this food is piping hot before serving. If cooking as part of a COOK stress-free Christmas lunch see the timings at www.cookfood.net/timings.

Defrost Instructions:

Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the cooking guidelines but cook for 20 minutes.
