What to Serve With Mini Thai Salmon Fishcakes:
- Take your something simple, and serve in a lettuce cup, with a sprinkle of coriander and sesame seeds.
- Something different - whip some coconut cream, add some fresh grated ginger and lemongrass puree, a dash of sesame oil and sesame seeds, chopped coriander and serve with halved charred limes on the side.
- Finely sliced Thai inspired slaw bound together with sweet chilli and mayo - skewer the fishcakes to avoid messy fingers.
