- Beautiful base sauce combining crème fraiche, lemon juice, garlic and a touch of cracked black pepper that's mixed through our Italian linguine.
- Roast red onion and courgettes in a balsamic dressing and top the whole dish with semi-dried tomatoes and herby feta cheese.

Try it with:
- Serve simply with a rocket, watercress and parmesan salad with a balsamic glaze.
