Jasmine Rice (31%), Beef (24%), Water, Choi Sum (9%), Tamari Soy Sauce (5%) (Soya Beans, Water, Sea Salt, Sugar Cane, Koji Spores (Aspergillus Oryzae)), Dark Brown Sugar, Sugar, Red Onion (3%), Carrots, Rice Vinegar [Sulphites], Spring Onion, Cornflour, Garlic, Ginger Puree, Chinese Five Spice (Ground Fennel, Ground Cassia Cinnamon, Ground Star Anise, Ground Cloves, Ground Black Pepper), Sesame Oil (Sesame Oil, Soybean Oil), Black Mustard Seeds, Black Pepper, Chilli Flakes. Microwave:

Remove sleeve and pierce film. Place on a microwaveable plate and cook on full power.

6 mins > stir & re-cover > 4 mins 30 secs
Allow to stand for 2 mins. Ensure the food is piping hot and stir well before serving.

Defrost Instructions:

Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the cooking guidelines and cook for 3 mins, stir, 1 min 30 secs.

Extra Warnings:

Steam may be released when removing film lid.
