What to Serve With Garlic Butter Prawns:
- For a starter try it with some freshly sliced and buttered ciabatta, or just add a small salad.
- Use to make a posh prawn cocktail. Peel some of the prawns and mix with a Marie rose sauce, add some avocado and iceberg lettuce and finish with a couple of whole prawns and a wedge of lemon.
- Add these to a fish smorgasbord along with some smoked salmon, smoked mackerel pate, cornichons, lemon wedges and crusty bread.
