Guacamole Recipe
Ingredients:
For every one avocado, you’ll need …

6 cherry tomatoes, finely chopped

¼ red onion, finely chopped
-
Handful of coriander, finely chopped
-
Juice of half a lime
-
Pinch of sea salt
Method:

Mash the avocado then add the rest of the ingredients.
Nachos Recipe
Ingredients : serves 4

Chilli con Carne, 4 portion

3 or 4 supermarket wraps
-
Olive oil
-
1 pot of guacamole or make your own (check out the guac recipe above)

Handful of grated cheese
-
Few big dollops of sour cream

Fresh chopped chillies to serve
Method:

Cook the chilli as per pack instructions

Cut the wraps into triangles, for homemade tortilla chips. Bake in the oven with a drizzle of olive oil, until slightly browned.

Place the homemade tortilla chips on the bottom of your serving dish, top with the chilli then some grated cheese. Pop under the grill for a couple of minutes so the cheese melts.

Add your guac, sour cream, and fresh chillis to serve.
