We shallow fry chopped garlic until golden brown, giving our frozen Chicken Tikka a lovely nutty flavour.
It took a visit from an experienced Indian chef to school us in the art of cooking great curries, but we haven’t looked back since. Chicken Tikka Masala may be mild and creamy but it’s the nation’s favourite for a reason.

What to Serve With Chicken Tikka Masala:

Peas Pilau and poppadoms, and top with toasted flaked almonds and fresh coriander.
Avoid any argy-bhaji and get plenty of side dishes to go round, like naan bread and Bombay Potatoes, they’re one of the most loved parts of Indian meals.

Oven:

Pre-heat oven. Remove sleeve, pierce film. Place on baking tray in centre of oven.

Oven Settings

Fan 160°C, Electric 180°C, Gas Mark 4.

40-45 mins

Allow to stand for 2 minutes before serving. Ensure the food is piping hot and stirred before serving.

Microwave:

Remove sleeve, pierce film. Place on microwaveable plate. Cook on full power.

3 mins > stir gently & re-cover > 3 mins

Allow to stand for 2 mins. Stir and ensure the food is piping hot before serving.

Defrost Instructions:

Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the cooking guidelines and cook for 30-35 minutes.

Extra Warnings:

Steam may be released when removing lid. Although every care has been taken to remove all bones, some may remain.
