- We use Higher-welfare chicken thigh and mince it in-house.
- Mixed with a combination of lime leaf, ginger, lemongrass, fish sauce, red thai paste & a touch of brown sugar to get these super delicious little bites that are both gluten free and dairy free.
- Our hot canapés all cook from frozen in less than 25 minutes at the same temperature.

Try it with:
- Make a spicy siracha and coriander mayo, drizzled over the top. Put the chicken bites on a skewer.
- Use mini prawn crackers as cups and squeeze a dot of coriander and lime mayo on top of the bites, garnish with chopped coriander.
- Buy yourself some dough balls, warm them, slice them in half and make yourself some mini chicken sliders, a slice of cherry tomato and a bit of shredded lettuce.

We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example some of our curry pastes, which contain Citric Acid).
