We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example Worcestershire Sauce used in our Spaghetti Bolognese, which contains Tamarind Extract).

Sweetcorn (26%), Cooked Pasta (26%) (Durum Wheat Semolina, Water), Semi Skimmed Milk (21%), Tuna (13%) [Fish] (Tuna, Water, Salt), Cheddar Cheese [Milk], Cauliflower, Wheat Flour (wih added Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Nicacin, Thiamin), Butter [Milk], Onions, Parsley, Rapeseed Oil, Bay Leaves, Nutmeg.

Cooking/Serving Instructions

Oven:

Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and pierce film lid. Place on a baking tray and cook in the centre of the oven.

Oven Settings

Fan 170°C, Electric 190°C, Gas Mark 5.

Allow to rest for 1 min and stir well before serving.

Microwave:

Remove sleeve and pierce film lid. Cook on full power.

2 mins > stir & re-cover > 1 min 30 secs
Allow to rest for 1 min and stir well before serving.

Defrost Instructions:

Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the microwave guidelines but cook for 2 mins, stir, 30 secs. Stir well before serving.

Extra Warnings:

Steam may be released when removing film lid. Although every effort has been taken to remove all bones, some may remain.
