How to cook an amazing quiche:
- Defrost! While still frozen, place the quiche onto the baking tray you’ll be using, on the silicon paper provided in the box and defrost in the fridge for 24hrs
- Cook in the oven following the instructions
- Leave to cool, (more if you’re serving cold), then, using a fish slice, carefully slide onto your serving plate
What to Serve With Kiln-Roasted Salmon Quiche:
- Our quiches are so versatile and can be served at pretty much any occasion.
- As part of a get together, they are a great centrepiece. Add some salads, new potatoes and more depending on how big the gathering is.
- Perfect for a summer lunch or supper with a green salad with some resh picked dill and a French dressing.

DEFROST BEFORE COOKING
Defrost Instructions:
Remove the frozen quiche from its packaging and place on a baking tray, leaving the silicone paper underneath the base of the quiche. Defrost in the refrigerator for 24 hours before cooking. Preheat oven.
