Valentine's menu

Which Valentine’s side dishes you go for will of course depend on your Valentine’s mains. Having some form of potato is a good shout, as spuds are a safe bet, popular with most people – maybe Creamy Mash or indulgent and delicious Dauphinoise. You might also want to offer up a few different veggies; Braised Red Cabbage and our Trio of Greens both bring a good bit of colour to a plate. Just check the cooking instructions as some say microwave only. Most of our Valentine’s Day sides are available in different sizes so you can always have a bit more of the ones you love.

You might want to also think about Valentine’s starters and Valentine’s puddings because having a few different courses can make a meal feel that bit more special.

If you want to make life easy and hand over the decision making and the delivery, check out our Valentine’s meal boxes and if you buy online you can have your Valentine’s Day side dishes and your frozen Valentine’s meals for 2 delivered to your door.

February 14th falls on a Friday this year, so if you’re working during the day, you can relax knowing dinner’s taken care of. All that’s left for you to do when you get home is to take your coat off and put the oven and some Barry Manilow on.
