Tell Me More
- Use whole fresh cauliflower which we prep into florets in-house, we then roast these through the oven to remove some of the moisture and add a little colour to them, whilst maintaining a bite.
- We've then created a Gluten Free super cheesy sauce using both vintage and mature Cheddar cheese from Barber's.
- For the topping we use gluten free breadcrumbs, cheese and we use the stem of the cauliflower which we blitz into a crumb and roast through the oven, to save on any waste.
Try it with:
- This is a perfect side for any dinner and we hope you love it as much as we do!
- On the side of your Sunday roast, goes without saying really.
- Cauliflower mac 'N' cheese. Cook some pasta, get some bacon crispy, mix it all together lovingly and finish with a good splash of tabasco.
