- You can cook it from frozen, but it's much better from defrost. While still frozen, place the Quiche Lorraine onto the baking tray you’ll be using, on the silicon paper provided in the box and defrost in the fridge for 24hrs.
- Cook in the oven following the instructions, then let it rest for 20 mins before using a fish slice to carefully slide onto your serving plate.
- Our large quiches have won numerous Great Taste Awards thanks to their handmade shortcrust pastry cases, classic blend of mascarpone and free-range egg and generous fillings.
What to Serve with Quiche Lorraine:
- The perfect tart to have when feeding a crowd as part of a buffet or party.
- If you’re looking for a vegetarian meal alternative, check out our award-winning Roasted Pepper & Goat’s Cheese Quiche.
- Delicious as part of a picnic, once it’s cooled and firmed, or as an alfresco family meal with seasonal salad and roasted new potatoes.
