How We Make It At Our Kitchen
- To make our chilli sauce we start by sweating off some onion, garlic, celery and carrots in a little rapeseed oil until soft. We then add a mild blend of cumin, coriander, smoked paprika and chilli along with some tomato puree and cook these out.
- Next we add some chopped tomatoes, beef stock and diced red pepper. Once the sauce has come up to temperature we blend it into a smooth tomato sauce as some of our little customers prefer to not see too many vegetables in their food!
- We then add our beef mince which is sourced from the UK and minced on site at our Kitchen in Kent. Once all the ingredients are in the sauce we bring it up to temperature and let it simmer until it is packed full of flavour!

We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example some of our curry pastes, which contain Citric Acid).
