We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example some of our curry pastes, which contain Citric Acid).
Rice Noodles (35%) (Rice Flour, Water, Salt), Chicken (15%), Water, Spring Onions (10%), Green Beans (8%), Brown Sugar (6%), Cashew Nuts (5%), Thai Fish Sauce (Water, Anchovy Fish Extract, Salt, Sugar), Tamarind (Water), Lime Juice, Rapeseed Oil, Tamari (Soya Beans, Water, Sea Salt, Alcohol, Koji Seed (Aspergillus Oryzae)), Garlic, Chilli Powder. This product is made in our kitchen in Kent, using ingredients of varied origin.

Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the microwave instructions but cook for 1 mins 30 secs, stir well, and cook for a further 30 secs.
