AT COOK WE USE THE SAME INGREDIENTS YOU WOULD USE AT HOME.

We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example Worcestershire Sauce used in our Spaghetti Bolognese, which contains Tamarind Extract).

Cherries (23%), Caster Sugar, Self Raising Flour (14%) (Wheat Flour, (Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Raising Agents (Monocalcium, Sodium Bicarbonate)), Salted Butter [Milk], Free Range Pasteurised Whole Egg, Skimmed Milk, Ground Almonds (5%) [Nuts], Flaked Almonds (2%) [Nuts], Lemon Pulp, Cornflour, Water, Natural Flavouring.

OVEN COOK FROM FROZEN

Oven:

1. Preheat oven 180°C (Fan) / 200°C (Electric) / Gas Mark 6. 2. Remove the cardboard tray from the box and place on a baking tray in the middle of the oven and bake for 40 mins. 3. IMPORTANT: Allow your pudding to stand for 2 minutes before serving. Be careful: THE JAM IS VERY HOT. 4. To serve, run a knife around the edge of the sponge, cut in half then remove from the tray (a fish slice works well) and serve.

Oven Settings

Fan 180°C, Electric 200°C, Gas Mark 6.
40 mins

Defrost Instructions:

Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the oven guidelines but cook for 30 minutes.

Extra Warnings:

Although every care has been taken to remove all cherry stones, some may remain.
