AT COOK WE USE THE SAME INGREDIENTS YOU WOULD USE AT HOME.

We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example Worcestershire Sauce used in our Spaghetti Bolognese, which contains Tamarind Extract).

Butternut Squash (20%), Water, Cooked Brown Rice (17%), Red Onions (12%), Kale (11%), Coconut Milk (6%), Cashew Butter [Nuts], Light Brown Sugar, Light Soy Sauce [Wheat Gluten, Soya], Garlic, Ginger Puree, Lime Juice, Rapeseed Oil, Lemongrass Puree [Sulphites], Lime Leaf, Cornflour, Ground Coriander, Ground Fennel, Turmeric, Ground Cumin, Cardamom, Cinnamon, Cloves, Chilli Powder.

Ginger Puree contains: Ginger Puree, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid. Light Soy Sauce contains: Water, Soybeans, Salt, Wheat Flour, Preservative: Potassium Sorbate. Coconut Milk contains: Coconut, Water. Lemongrass Puree contains: Lemongrass, Lemon Juice, Salt. This product is made in our kitchen in Kent using ingredients of varied origin.

Cooking/Serving Instructions

Microwave:

Remove sleeve and pierce film lid. Cook on full power.

3 mins > stir & re-cover > 3 mins
Stir well before serving.

Defrost Instructions:

Defrost the pot overnight in the fridge before cooking. Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and cook within 48 hours. Empty the pot into a pan and cook over a medium heat for 5-6 mins, stirring occasionally. Ensure piping hot before serving. Once cooked, do not reheat.

Extra Warnings:

Steam may be released when removing film lid.
