How to cook an amazing quiche:
- Defrost! While still frozen, place the quiche onto the baking tray you’ll be using, on the silicon paper provided in the box and defrost in the fridge for 24hrs
- Cook in the oven following the instructions
- Leave to cool, (more if you’re serving cold), then, using a fish slice, carefully slide onto your serving plate
